4-Roll Double Pinch Style Plate Rolls

Bendmak's CY4R-HHS series offers a reliable and precise solution for demanding bending tasks, accommodating plate thicknesses from 14 gauge to 8 inches and widths from 20 to 40 feet. The design enhances productivity with high rolling speeds and the Double Pinch feature, ensuring the material remains tightly pinched during pre-bend, rolling, and post-bending, preventing slippage and ensuring accurate bends. The CY4R-HHS 4-Roller Hydraulic Cylinder Machines minimize flat ends by allowing precise alignment and compression, achieving full cylinders in a single pass. With superior engineering, these machines reduce operator dependency and enhance safety and productivity.

CY Series Initial Pinch Plate Rolls

The Bendmak 3 Roll Initial Pinch style of plate rolls are the most popular style for thinner material requirements. Offering great capability and value the asymmetrical design allows the sheet metal to be correctly aligned before bending. With the sheet metal properly clamped between two rolls during forming it ensures the material maintains its position guaranteeing precise bending.

Asymmetric, or Initial Pinch, bending machines, with their easy-to-use features, allow you to get perfect results with a single operator. With its control panels and foot pedals separate from the machine, it provides full control at each stage of the bending process.

3-Roll Double Pinch Style Plate Rolls

The CY3R-HHS series by Bendmak offers an economical and reliable Pyramid Style rolling solution for plate thicknesses from 14 gauge to 8 inches and widths from 20 to 40 feet. These 3-Roller Hydraulic Cylinder Bending Machines feature independently driven shafts in models with upper shaft diameters of 9 inches and above, while smaller models use a precision chain/gear drive system. The CY3R-HHS allows pre-bending on both sides without removing the sheet metal, providing excellent feeding and control with a unique braking system that prevents material slippage.
